      1. Heavy pressure 2. TL will call you 30 times in a day 3. You have to work in 13 hrs a day. 4. Unrealistic targets 5. Even HR also knows that you're pressurized to work late nights, but they won't help you. 6. No lunch break, no sundays, no official or govt holidays. That means even if it shows holiday on official dashboard of company but you have to work on Sundays, official holidays. It's 24X7X365 day working company 7. No work life balance. 8. Toxic culture. 9. They will ask you to fill feedback form of the service, you write anything you're facing there, but nobody will listen to you. 10. They only care about company, doesn't care about work life balance of the employees. If you're in the need of money you'll work here as a labour
