Friendly coworkers are the only reason to work here.

Cons

Terrible compensation scheme; unlawful business practices encouraged to promote a failing, expensive and ineffective product; Sales team allowed to make false promises in order to secure a sale, which the CS team then bears the brunt of, completely useless and spineless management team.

Poor management, company standards did not meet supposed company values

This company loves to give you free pizza and beer.

Cons

Class action lawsuit against the company accusing fraudulent leads, no proof internally that isn't the case. Certain departments habitually increase their bonuses by ignoring customers desires not to renew service. Bigger workloads across the board than ideal for most employees leads to the job being about cutting corners. Constantly moving goals to avoid paying top performers their worth. Regular occurrences of not paying out bonuses despite contracts . Managers not held accountable for discrimination. Superficiality is rewarded internally.

Can work from home, this is the only pro.

Cons

The company has a very horrible reputation, with the ver 2,000 official complaints to the BBB. Most contractors we call absolutely hate this company. The only people who really make consistent sales are those that are purposely given the best leads. Also they make changes literally every week and it’s hard to keep up with. Also management is constantly yelling in your ear while you make calls, primarily forcing you to verbally abuse prospects. Your mental health will suffer greatly here.
