Thanks for your detailed review. We're disappointed to hear that you're dissatisfied with the commission structure in Sales. We've made recent revisions to the compensation plan to better align with the projected value of a sale - while change these changes are challenging to accept initially, they are in the best interest of our Sales organization and Angi overall. We offer a generous PTO policy and do not expect any employee to work overtime without being compensated.
