Dishonest Sales Strategy

You work at home and it is not that hard.

Cons

Dishonest sales approach to battered lead lists. They tick off more people than they please, for sure!!! Money is their bottom line and it is not tenable. It will catch up to them, eventually. Nepotism too.

Thanks for your post. It sounds like you're concerned with the way in which we approach our sales strategy. We have a complex backend algorithm that allows leads to rest for a prescribed amount of time before we resurface them again to the Sales team. While it may appear that the leads are "battered" we firmly believe in the logic we're using to optimize leads to their fullest. One of our core values is "Start with the Customer" and Service Professionals are at the top of that list. We know how important it is to ensure that we're satisfying the business needs of SPs each and every day. If you have suggestions about ways in which we can improve the sales approach, please reach out to your manager directly. While we're confident that our lead logic is sound, we are always open to suggestions around how we can improve.

We've updated scripts to reinforce best practices with Pros, we have a quality assurance (QA) team that combs through recordings and provides constructive feedback to sales reps, and our contracts clearly state what customers can expect from our services. We lead our business with integrity and purpose and hope you've had an opportunity to see where we've leaned in to ensure that our business practices are ethical.
