Pros

The insurance plan was good but I did opt to upgrade the plan- other than that absolutely nothing ( but they messed up my enrollment and just basically said del with it, nothing can be done ( I has to pay my own for 6 months)

Cons

Actually trotting to sell a product that everyone hates- you will be cussed out everyday-Angi does bot care about any employee-The mangers are WAY too young and they do nothing but give good leads to their buddies- This place should be sued by every employee there is

Pros

Remote, Hybrid and Onsite options

Cons

Didn't have a clear direction of where they wanted to go in the company. Management and leadership within design teams constantly stepped over each other and never really felt like you were part of the team. Above all no room for growth; you will feel like a zombie by the time you depart, that is if they don't fire you first.

Thanks for sharing your Angi journey with us! While we wish your overall experience was better, we are encouraged to hear you enjoyed the work flexibility most full-time team members have had in the last year. At the end of last year, the organization rolled out strategic goals to help align each team on where we are heading. Our design team is integral to our continued success and we are proud of the work we've put out coming out of our rebrand in March of 2021. We're sorry to learn you did not feel there was opportunity for growth within your role and encourage current team members to utilize manager 1:1's and quarterly reviews to ask questions pertaining to growth. Thank you again for leaving a review and we wish you the best in your next role! - Tom Cheatham, SVP Sales Strategy

Pros

Maybe working from home to save on gas and that is it.

Cons

Soooo many. You start noticing in training that people start to disapear really quick once they find out what you are doing. Cold calling contractors that are pissed because they kept getting calls from us. They have a bad reputation with contractors. As soon as you tell them where you are calling from they cuss and hang up. They micro manage you all day, you have to make 150 calls and have 2 hrs. talk time. The only way you get a sale is that out of all the calls you make you find someone that has never heard of you and they sign up. They charge the contractors for leads that they send to other contractors automatically everyday. So the contractor gets multiple charges for leads that they dont bid on. They all say they are to busy with work now to take on anymore. When I quit the manager called me and tried to scare me back into the job because he gets paid commission if I make it through training...... They train you to be mean and talk over contractors. Horrible way of doing business with someone.

We appreciate your time spent on our sales team and are sorry to learn about your experience while employed with us. In the last year and a half our brand was transformed into Angi and we are still in the beginning stages of establishing this brand to both consumers and service providers. We're proud of the new product offerings we've made available for service providers who sign up for our services and for the talented sales representatives who help create tailored solutions for them. Like many inside sales roles in the industry, high call volume is a primary component of the role which is clearly communicated throughout the recruitment process. While this is not for everyone, we have initial and supplemental training available to help guide new representatives through this process. We're disheartened to learn that your training experience did not lead to a thriving career on our sales team and wish you the best in your next venture. - Tom Cheatham, SVP Sales Strategy
