the struggle was not having enough reps to spread the work out,
not having the same resources other reps had for their accounts (marketing emails, contracts, phone prompts, pardots/emails, lack of supervisors able to take on escalations, lack of reps in the other departments able to speak Spanish).
We found ourselves serving not only as reps but as translators outside of the job description just to provide the minimum help to our service providers.
We do feel valued. But quite often, we were burnt out and spread too thin. A lot of time was spent trying to assist others, and it affected our commission, our metrics, our work load, and the depth in which we could reach all of our accounts.
