      Pros

      Nice office space. Flexible hours and work from home.

      Cons

      Leadership used to be amazing - life-changing! That was five years ago. Now just another corporate slop with quarterly returns in and out, stock plummeting, high demand for skilled workers with low pay, and no upward movement. It was very hard to build a career without an MBA or a least know the right people.

      "Tech" Company Grasping at Strategy Straws

      Cons

      Constant leadership turnover and changes in strategy, including trying failed ideas years after the fact Lack of actionable feedback from VP and above level for middle management Constant small layoffs (2-10 people) without communication across teams on personnel changes that affect your team Data Mesh fallacy, as if business users are going to own their product data
