      Waiting 90 days for Insurance Is not cool

      Waiting 90 days for insurance, my family could not afford cobra from my last role and having a spouse and kids who had to miss appointments and visits because of this was not cool. I sacrificed 120 hours of my life to improve myself and help Angi and to know the company cannot offer to help protect me and my family is not a good feeling. i am fortunate to have made it far enough and got the insurance but I can't imagine the difficulty for those who could not. As a billion dollar company, taking care of employees and family safety should come higher on the priority list. More sick/vacation time The Performance reviews push to remove reps in 1 month seems more of a churn and burn mentality instead of investing into your people. Feels like your job is never truly safe. 1 bad month and you are gone
