You’re calling worked over leads Toxic positivity culture Managers will lie to you about what is possible You will only make money if you skirt their system they very clearly tell you not to skirt Contractors DJ not trust Angi so it’s hard DJ have conversations with them they will most likely Hangup on you or tell you where to put it The turn over rate is absolutely insane. Rather than focusing on. What can be done tj change the company, they still pay you $14 per hour and sell you a pipe dream. They got sued for a reason. I listen to call recordings all the time of reps skirting the system and straight lying to make sales.

Your feedback regarding the culture and some management practices is concerning. I take these comments seriously as they are not reflective of the inclusive and supportive environment we aim to cultivate. I wish we had had the chance to address your concerns to make this right while you were here. We also take compliance and ethical behavior very seriously and you, yourself, remark that our policies did not allow for "skirting the policies." We believe we hire great people and the vast majority of our sales team members are like you... and follow the policies. As you are aware, we have a team who audits phone calls and disciplines representatives who violate these policies. Your feedback serves as a reminder of the importance of our ongoing efforts to maintain the highest ethical standards across our sales teams. We have a team ready to investigate any reported incidents promptly and impartially, and I ask that any sort of activity is reported immediately to hr@angi.com so we can investigate and address it with the appropriate disciplinary action. We’re sorry to hear you experienced micromanagement while at Angi. We believe in the strong leadership of our Sales Managers but there are always ways to improve. We would disagree with the statement about our reputation. We have been in business for many years and have worked closely alongside numerous contractors and Service Providers. We would not have been able to create these strong relationships if we were not providing a real service. However, we are always looking to improve our product. We have many exciting developments in the works. We wish you all the best!

Working from home, Weekends and Holidays off

Cons

Calling dead and recycled lead’s daily, Every lead you get is recycled. The Service Pros you call hate the company and will hang up once you mention ANGI. Very high sales quotas with little to no support. Favoritism is rampant here. Pay is not as promised. They bring you in saying you going to be making big commission checks however you be lucky if you see an extra 60 bucks every two weeks. Oh yea did I mention that you get the same people to call every two weeks after you think you are getting a new list of people to call. Worst of all you see people quitting or getting fired every other day. Only seven people successfully completed the training program in our class. Seven out of a class of 30 let that sink in people.
