1. Rigorous interview process (went through several rounds of interviews which led me to realized they don't just let anyone in the door) 2. Extensive training (even if you don't have sales experience(me lol I was a server) they teach you the whole Shabam on how to sale THEIR way) 3. Get a script on what to say (literally) 4. Unlimited commission .... but you get 17.35 base!

Cons

1. Commissions lol (after training you have to hot certain metrics and if you don't....adios... it's not for the weak minded. I made my 1 sale just at the finish line and made it to my personal team. Was hard but you have to have dedication so if you think you gone be on cruise control just for the base salary don't even apply here.
