Pros

Remote work if you like WFH, solid PTO plan and medical benefits.

Cons

YOU ARE ALWAYS 8 WEEKS FROM LOSING YOUR JOB. New commission plan they rolled out in February sucked, multiple top reps left. Your sales will be inconsistent regardless of your effort, but they will tell you it’s your effort that’s lacking. Micro management and constant changes that often are irrelevant. They view company wide meetings about ongoing plans as “transparency” but things like an increase in lead prices which happened in July go unmentioned until you have someone calling you back about it. They have a million leads, and they mostly suck, and expect to call back people that just hung up on another rep last week. Most people don’t sign up because of the termination fee, and management will tell you the way you frame it is why you didn’t close the sale.

While we do set ambitious goals to drive success and innovation, we are committed to providing our sales team with the resources needed to achieve them. We’re actively working on improving leadership training and making our internal processes more consistent and supportive. Cons

There has been a lot of change in the past year or so, but I believe leadership is back on the right track.
