A culture is fundamentally based on the people in the organization, and as we add leadership, we should expect them to bring a bit of who they are to the culture. We’ve seen that in the last year or so as our organization has grown. While these changes in culture can take adjustment, I ultimately think that it will make us stronger. We are doing something really bold and really hard to do, modernize an entire section of the economy. To accomplish this lofty goal, it is important for us to be willing to take risks, learn from our mistakes and be willing to move fast. Doing something new and different is not always easy and our leadership is not always going to get it right, but I am proud to work here. I am proud of the customers we serve and the pro’s whose businesses we grow. I am proud that we are all working to make our future better and that we are working to make sure our homes are cared for into the future. We’ve implemented a zero tolerance policy surrounding drug use by our employees and we also have an anonymous tip line that encourages the reporting of any employee or leader engaging in such behavior. We take these matters seriously and follow-up on every report.
