Pros

Then don’t work here. I will just illegally terminated due to my disability. This company literally doesn’t care about you. They will use you and replace you in a heartbeat; It literally happened to me.

Cons

All of them. Literally. Dont do it.

Pros

You will find some people who are truly amazing and will do everything they can to help you.

Cons

Everything else. Managers care about you if you are hitting quota, if not you are nothing. Some of the top reps at the company have lied to small business owners for them to sign a 12-month contract that will not help the business owner. I have seen the top rep at the company directly lie to people in order to get herself to the next tier for commission. None of this is real sales. This is why you see former salon workers doing so well they can lie to people's faces and be great. I know working for this company made me a worse person. The product does not work.
