I am not a depressed or anxious person by nature, but I began to loathe this job and every day of life until I left. It is painfully repetitive, life-sucking, cannot leave your desk because they watch every second of your activity. Even if you perform well and then have an off week, you’re immediately put on a performance plan. You live in a black hole of clicking around your computer and listening to dial tones and never see the light of day. The commission and base pay suck, and there is basically no time off. They had us calling people on Christmas Eve.

Senior leadership is tone deaf, quarterly goals are delivered late and are unattainable, zero transparency into the creation of goals, constant mistakes with payout - to the degree that we had to file claims against the company, Human Resources do nothing with the feedback they are given, if you speak up or push back on anything you get a target on your back and told you are rude, favoritism is blatant, I believe antisemitism runs rampant - to the point that the only two Jewish reps were switched to another team and leadership did not address the October 7th massacre until days later with an email that was cold and lacked empathy. Leadership has no clue on how overworked we are and hide behind meetings and are unaccountable for anything.
