      Pros

      Free beer. My friends "think' my job is cool.

      Cons

      Work ever weekend. Work every holiday without time and a half. Constant battle between reps and merchandisers. Its like a big game of tattle tale. long hours. Lots of driving. I work over 50 hours a week and I am still part-time. This is a job until i find something else. Thinking about a carrier with this company makes me want to cry.

      It was enjoyable pre-takeover, but the rewards just dried up when the Brazilians took charge.

      Pros

      High potential variable compensation (stress *potential*). Opportunity for international assignment. Young, energetic culture. Smart people. Big time resources available when they are needed. Market leadership position makes for a certain degree of prestige. You can drink beer on the job if you are so inclined.

      Cons

      Poor work-life balance. Sr. management disdain for legacy AB employees. Much greater emphasis on growing profit than on maintaining or enhancing product/brand quality. Low morale. Rigid, one-size-fits-all business philosophy. High variable compensation is often not paid out. Benefits are weak, even though they try to make it seem like they are "50th percentile among similar sized companies."

      Pros

      Working for the Anheuser Busch prior to the "merger" with Inbev was mentally rewarding and adequately fulfilling. We were truly a company of owners and we did not need banners to convince ourselves so.

      Cons

      Since the merger with Inbev, there has been a lack of leadership and clear company direction as far as strategic objectives are concerned.
