Pros

Prior to the Inbev buyout it was the best place to work in St. Louis. Pay, benefits, people, all great. Free beer.

Cons

The buyout. Company is not what it used to be. Everyone is fearful of losing their job. Now, due to cost cutting, they are losing sight of what made the company great. They have lost much of their talent pool and many are left to keep the ship afloat. Talk that the free beer might even end (2 cases a month).

Pros

Free beer - at least for now.

Cons

Used to be a great place to work before InBev. What used to be great benefits continue to be reduced/eliminated. Very poor communication from management regarding the changes that have taken place. Lots of rumors each day about who and when layoffs will happen but no details until it happens. Too many clueless middle managers and not enough leadership.
