Pros

Free beer Flexible schedule Room for advancement only if you kiss up to superiors

Cons

AB loves to lay off people right before the holidays without notice. No severance either. Joke of a company who pretends to value their employees but actually treats them as disposable. Countless teams laid off every single year. Think you’re gonna get promoted one day? Not if you aren’t buddy buddy with the right person you won’t!

Great company for leadership training

Cons

Has turned into a company who is trying to burn and turn employees especially ones who have commited their life to the brand. No relationship or connection with wholesalers

Lots of Experience w/ Burnout

Pros

-The production workers on the brewery floors are some of the best, most down to earth people you'll ever with -The pay is good (including annual bonuses except in 2023) -Lots of opportunities to gain experience

Cons

-There are not enough resources to get the job done. In order to complete everything, expect to put in 60+ hours a week -The pay is good. However, you work very hard and long hours to attain that pay. Also, if you have management experience you'll work a couple weekends a month. You're compensated for those weekends. However, it's very long and stressful hours. -No formal training. All the training is on the job and you having to conduct research/teach yourself.
