Great company with amazing people. Everyone is incredibly smart, helpful and willing to teach so that you can grow within the company. I have never worked somewhere with so many professionals who were also NICE and WELCOMING. I feel very inspired working here!

Decent benefits and some really great associates.

Cons

Poor mid and upper management. Directors and senior directors can be extremely cut throat and unwilling to teach lower level staff. Lower level employees are expected to have prior knowledge and are discouraged from asking questions on topics they haven't encountered before.

Cons

Work life balance is frowned upon Quantity of work is more important to advancement than quality because of the billable hour Unclear path to advancement Nearly 1/4 of the company is Senior Management, while many projects are severely understaffed with lower level employees
