Pros

There are a lot of intelligent hard working employees. The senior consultants have been there for awhile and really care about the company.

Cons

It was great the first couple of years. Then some of the managers left and were replaced with terrible ones! The new managers had absolutely no managerial skills and killed the team dynamic.

Engaging and challenging work, intelligent and friendly team, fantastic technology (hardware and software), great benefits, great bonus potential, flexible hours, flexible WFH policy. The firm has recently won some big business. The future looks bright from a financial perspective. The mass tort / settlement services team is definitely the best place to work. It has a Silicon Valley tech startup vibe and great management. Creativity and openness is encouraged, and it feels like a big family

Cons

Billable hours seem to be a focus, which can distract from innovation. The company is growing really fast from the top down and it feels a bit uneasy. The culture is not consistent across all departments.
