Pros
-Competitive pay, good benefits. -Great work life balance for most employees. -Friendly atmosphere, diverse group of colleagues, and collaborative culture. -Up and coming firm, expanding rapidly and building a strong client base. -Almost no travel compared to other firms.
Cons
These will probably improve with time since the firm is fairly new: -HR dept. and policies could be better. -Path for rising to management is not well defined. -Senior staff often too busy to coach less experienced employees.
