The pay is good. No competitive environment means you can get raises quickly if you study and work hard. You don’t have to wait for someone to retire. You can advance at your own pace.

Cons

Some shift rotations. You work every 5th weekends and every 4 months you work an evening shift for a week. It’s not too bad, but certainly disruptive at times.
