I want to address a few reviews we've received, particularly from some past colleagues I'm aware of, that mention things like "lying is normal to employees and clients". This just isn't true and not fair. Here's the cause in POV - we are a SaaS platform that has grown very quickly in 3 years as I've described above. Some times, we get clients who ask for functionality/capabilities/services/processes that we may not have in place yet. We agree to make enhancements to our SaaS for some clients that would be beneficial to all of our clients, but it may take more time to launch these particular clients because of the special treatment we are giving them and our internal front-line employees who manage this process "manage for the unknown" as we embark on growing our company and enhancing our product. I think it boils down to 2 type of people that work for mid-stage growth companies: those who like to wear multiple hats, create process, think through creative solutions, etc. And then those who seek more of a predictable work day, have rules and processes they can surround themselves and feel comfortable with, and know definitively what is possible and what isn't. I think the first type of person I described will enjoy working at Annex Cloud, the second type of person will not. Lying is not a second language for us - that's a cheap shot. We are very clear when we embark on challenges, we encounter challenges and think of solutions for them along the way. If you don't like that way of working, maybe you felt lied to. But I can promise you don't become the preferred vendor partner of SAP, or earn the business of some of the largest brands we currently work with by lying - companies like that don't tolerate being told 1 thing and being delivered something different.
