      Pros

      At Anning-Johnson Company, employees are fast-tracked into independent roles depending on their strengths. Estimator's are able to work on several projects a week, and project manager's are able to work both on-site and in the office as needed. The company is 100% employee owned, and the compensation package is incredibly competitive because of this. Profit sharing, annual bonuses, and stock appreciation are some of the biggest pro's of this company.

      Cons

      There are not many opportunities for promotions here. Due to the relatively small size of this company, employees quickly hit a glass ceiling in terms of employee growth.

      Pros

      I learned a ton of different things that I will use throughout life. I also worked with the Construction Manager who was a great mentor and a good friend still.

      Cons

      This is truly hard work. You will end up dirty and tired almost everyday. They will get their money's worth out of you.
