Hardly any raises, difficult to get promoted

Consistent layoffs for the past 2.5 years. C-suite level is delusional and horrible at their jobs. They create unachievable goals and when they aren’t met, people are laid off. Work burnout is a real thing, as most employees put in well over their 40 hours a week to meet client expectations. The funniest part is as a tech first company, they consistently lay off IT members, and the IT team is flooded and way behind on work. It takes months to get basic website updates or fixes.
