      Pros

      Good Canteen and Green Campus. Still Old building and Toilets not hygienic like other companies . Only Outside campus is good

      Cons

      MDU verification Management is vary bad. HR takes advantage of brand and dont provide switching hike as per industry standards. Salary is below industry standards. No outings

      lack of compassion, respect and understanding

      Pros

      Great CFD Software and great products overall.

      Cons

      There's lack of the compassion, respect and understanding towards junior employees. If you discuss any difficult issues then you will be treated differently. You will be asked to look for another job. Senior employees and supervisors always agree with the testing manager, all the time whether things are right or not. Testing manager from the abroad office prefers one way communication. Most of the communication and activities are not transparent. No wonder why several testers have resigned in a short period.

      Pathetic Company policies. Cost cutting at every place.

      Company had some brilliant minds few years back but those left because of - worst HR policies - Cost cutting measures at every place - Politics

      Worst HR policies. No employees benefits Huge work load without any incentive or appraisal for your hard work.
