      Tiny company, egoistic management

      Pros

      Good number of leaves, although taking leaves may itch some managers. Challenging problems to deal with.

      Cons

      People who have stayed for longer duration are Complacent and fill up the management and ruin the work-life balance for new recruits. Some directors have clear discriminative attitude towards individuals even those on whom they heavily depend on. Principles promoted by higher management are limited to those catering to customers. There's no employee centred principle. Appraisals are majorly abused to benefit favorites.

      No work life balance

      OK ok management. Better pay than other Dassault Systemes

      Cons

      No quality development. Management force to get things done in short time in greed for more things get delivered. Big show off but lie inside. Don't respect employee. Some managers Expects them to work as machine.

      Working Environment is not good as No job Security

      - Flexible work hours - Good leaves facility

      Cons

      - No challenging work at all, Whatever you do in first few months same work you will do later - No job security, Any time they can fire you without any notice - No chance to improve skills as same work you will do every time
