Pros
I used to work in this company for more than 5 years and this company doesn't have any kind of "pros" except the coworkers especially my team work that I used to work with in at Hematology Dept. NY, Lake Success. we were like a family as together, helping each others at work.. this is the only pro that I can say.
Cons
honesty, its really a big list. I worked for more than 5 years and never been promoted to better position because the manger hired only people who just graduated from high school, with no experience and they work as lab Tech 1. its really unbelievable that i have more experience and moreover I'm in college doing science classes... I talked to my manger about it and he promised me many times... but one day.. I really couldn't take it anymore.. I wasted my time in there.
