Pros

Great knowledge and great corporate office. I have been here for a couple years and have met many people with this company and all of them remember me by name, makes it feel more mom and pop lol. The company does strive for customer service and for respect and growth sometimes it’s the residents that don’t make any of our jobs easy. We all work as a team and communicate with each other and make sure that we try our best to understand and appreciate everyone we work with.

Cons

Would like to see more team building events for individual properties or even as a company to help build teams and the company as a whole.
