Great people, institution with growing and shrinking pains

Good place to work with very smart people. Good things happening under the leadership of the new president and new senior management.

Cons

Former president was weak, didn't know who to trust and so made terrible decisions, allowing some of the most valuable people to be fired, and unsavory characters to make decisions. Thinly staffed and so hard workers feel unsupported and overworked without appropriate appreciation.

If you enjoy being disrespected, underpaid, bullied, and threatened on a daily basis - well this place is for you. If you are looking to work in an institution that actually follows its social justice mission statement - pass on Antioch University!
