staff and faculty are nice. they care about the students.

Cons

administration uncaring, and they work hard at being uniquely unqualified to do there jobs. They bully staff and say they believe in SOCIAL JUSTICE, but staff dont get paid a living wage.

Cons

If you enjoy being disrespected, underpaid, bullied, and threatened on a daily basis - well this place is for you. If you are looking to work in an institution that actually follows its social justice mission statement - pass on Antioch University!

Pros

Incredible mission and spirit. Good benefits. Great people to work with. Inspiring community. Proud to spread the word about the university as a progressive institution with ethics and a strong value system.

Cons

Underpaying: expect a lot (multiple positions are rolled into one) and salary does not match expectations. Constantly in flux. Leadership does not lead, merely tells and often changes their mind. This place is in major transition. Organizational transition has been very secretive and view employees as afterthoughts, rarely earnestly including them in the planning and strategic thinking piece when large scale shifts are upcoming.
