Apex is a company that truly lives it's core values. They are not just words on a wall. The culture is very well protected and is a huge part of who we are and how we have been so successful.

Cons

It's not Apex, but being in an industry that can have very high highs, and very low lows depending on the economy. But Apex has been very good at adjusting to the economy when necessary.

Some of the folks work very hard to grow the business and bring new customers to Apex Capital. Management not afraid to make investments to bring new technology to the forefront.

Cons

Sometimes internal policies get on the way of conducting business. I would suggest to review some of these to male a more seamless customer interaction.
