Very nice coworkers Diverse management WFH but can go into the office if you want Fair raises and good annual bonus Challenging work Tons of PTO available on day 1 Flexible work hours Managers will work with you if you are behind or overloaded Good work-life balance outside of quarter end

Cons

Benefits are ok, health insurance is pretty pricy Can have long hours during quarter end (Can be 45-50 hours during quarter end) but they are always improving processes and hours
