Pros

None at all. Never work here

Cons

Dublin management ran the company in a very unprofessional manner. No training, late nights, no career progression. Promotion was based on if the management liked you. Not based on hard work. Work environment was hazardous

That you for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry to hear that your experience wasn't positive. We have recently launched a new Performance Management Framework and Corporate Title Structure which formalises the way Apex approaches promotions and bonuses. As with all change, this will take time to be fully embedded but we are already seeing the effects of the new frameworks. We are concerned that you did not feel the work environment in Dublin was safe. Our employee's safety is our number one priority and we will therefore pass on these concerns to the Dublin Country Head to make sure all safety standards are adhered to.

Pros

Genuine and helpful people across teams (but this is not really related to the company itself)

Cons

This is the type of company that will have toxic and abusive management that won’t respect you as a professional and even less as a person. It won’t take you longer to notice once starting the job, if it won’t happen with you, you’ll see happening with others. The micromanagement around teams are exhausting and unnecessary, there’s no one that won’t complaint about it. No flexibility around working hours, if you need to work from home in case your kid is sick or pick them early in school or even if you’re sick and need days off you can expect weird looks from senior management next day in the office and you’re expected then to do unpaid extra hours. Name and shame kinda approach, situations that should be handled individually are exposed on teams chats or team meetings. No respect for human beings, you need to be a machine to work a lot under pressure and agree with everything they say and do. Teams are always under staffed because people are leaving all the time and the work is always more, no care for mental health. It’s always them getting all and giving nothing in return. It’s a disaster! Very cheap company. Employees are just a number. If you’re on interview process or about the accept an order, keep in mind that you'll have to be very emotional intelligent with your approach to everything in this company to avoid burnout.

Pros

None, avoid, avoid, avoid at all cost

Cons

Manager power tripping and looking for someone to blame, too many reporting requirements, the internal pressure is worse than client deliverables, monthly KPI which is basically not all services provided to there, kimble/timesheet which is useless as you cant really accurately put all the tasks you’ve done and it also adds to time preparing it, false promises of promotion to delegate manager’s responsibilities to fund accountant to ease their responsibilities (not really appealing to people who are looking for work life balance), salaries way below the market.
