Pros

Supportive colleagues, we are all doing our best under immense pressure

Cons

Transferred through acquisition with promises of career development and progression—none of which have materialised. No meaningful management structure. Despite having a manager on paper, I’ve had virtually no interaction, feedback or guidance. Performance reviews are treated as a box-ticking exercise, with no discussion or acknowledgment of the content I carefully provide. No support or recognition. Chronic understaffing leading to burnout and an unhealthy work-life balance. Take annual leave only to be having to work the whole way through. Toxic environment where feedback is ignored and employees are often gaslighted into doubting their concerns. Overall, I feel unsupported, overworked and invisible. There is zero concern for employee wellbeing, zero communication, zero direction. They are more concerned over getting people into the office 5 days per week. Surprised I have stayed as long as I have.

We regret to hear that your experience has not reflected the standards we aim to uphold. While acquisitions bring change and transition, we understand the importance of delivering on commitments made. We are continuing to invest in building stronger management practices, leadership development, and feedback processes that are more than just procedural. We're focused on fostering an environment where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Creating a workplace where people can thrive requires ongoing effort and we are committed to making meaningful change. Please speak to your local HR to support you and ensure you're having a fulfilling journey with us.

Pros

Met few nice people who have already left. Smart people take some working experience and leave.

Cons

I would not talk about long hours and work/life balance because the whole sector is hectic, but I would talk about management. Those people are terrible, racist and sexist. I am amazed they haven't reported yet. Probably people are too scared to do it, as I am.
