Office is located in area that is easily accessed by Public transport

Cons

Poor work life balance, requests to work weekends, often made by management. Terrible systems which were constantly and aggressive cost cutting. Poor bonuses and rather than improving staff benefits they are cutting them in the form of reduced maternity benefit. Small canteen for the amount of staff and as mentioned in other reviews bathrooms not cleaned often enough.

Cons

This company will frustrate you within 3months of your joining . The biggest problem with india organisation is the leadership team . People coming from good organization like JPM,MS,GS are facing issues when they see incompetent people at top. Group is going to the lower level to save money . Even asks employees to bring their own handkerchief and water from home. Due to less experience in business they are wasting money in different projects and then realising that they took wrong decision.

Exposed to various types of funds.

Cons

1. Ex pats and especially those on visa are underpaid. 2. A lot of politics going on in office where only certain people get promoted and a good pay. 3. You get promised a lot and in the end, no reward for hard work. 4. Fund accountants have to work crazy hours and are underpaid. 5. Staffs leaving the company are not replaced and more work falls on existing ones. Overall, pay is really bad for operational staffs.
