I would say the flexibility but that’s gone now

Cons

5 days in the office for no apparent reason. CEO does not consult any staff and makes decisions which they are expected to adhere to with no consideration. Any feedback from staff met with company rehearsed responses, absolutely no care for staff in this company. Offices awful and under stocked with equipment.

The people I work with are nice

Rolling back on all benefits for staff, moving to a 5 day working week, not replacing staff who leave, everyone is overworked, poor bonus structure.
