Don't Sell to Apex!!!

Pros

Promises, Promises, Promises. Corporate seems to have it together, but they disappear within 2 days and leave the local staff in charge (local management won't know what they are doing).

Cons

If you had a company based on great customer service and technicians looking to do the right thing, this isn't the right choice. They will turn everything upside down. Horrible management, focused on making the sale today, don't care what happens tomorrow. You will lose half the customers and employees withing the first 6 months. They don't care, they will sell new items at ridiculous markups so they don't need to keep long time customers.

Flexible hours, unlimited pto, good management

Cons

Recently went from Hybrid schedule 3 days in-office to 4 days in-office on very short notice after hiring an entire staff to fill the Dallas headquarters under those false pretenses.
