Pros

The people are incredible. It amazes me how authentic the leadership is and how we have the opportunity to serve technicians in the field every day. The mission to fundamentally transform the trades is one that I am fully aligned with. Lastly, the opportunity for personal and professional mentorship and growth is unlike any other organization I have been a part of.

Cons

Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and comfortable with change. With the amount of growth that Apex has experienced and is expecting, pace and change will continue to be a challenge.

Cons

Management has no idea how to work the industry. People in charge who have no experience in the trade. Jack prices up, Lack of communication from transition team, temporary management, new management.
