Pros

Aplicor was a troubled company that was trying to re-invent themselves. Over a 4 month period, they hired a whole new management team and a lot of very talented senior people. Unfortunately, research showed that they didn't have a viable product in a very competitive space. So they laid almost everyone off. Too bad - with a better product this would have been a great place to work.

Cons

The only con was the poor product.

Growing company, new leadership with a plan to move forward. Strong product foundation and continuing improvement of the product offering.

Cons

Previous management lead to bad decisions, which lead to the lose of many talented people, resulting on slower to market product enhancements.
