Great team and great product

Pros

The company has started fresh with a complete new management team since about 18 months back. It is hiring additional employees every month. Steady growth and a great company to work for. The company has jump started its ERP solution that will win in the market space.

Cons

The critique in 2011 and 2012 may have been true, but far from the truth today. This is a different company.

Pros

If you are looking for a challenge then this is the place for you. There is a complete feeling that the edge of the waterfall is fast approaching and that bracing for impact is the next best thing to do.

Cons

This company is extremely unstable as a result of elementary mismanagement. The sentiment seems to be that the doors will close sooner than later and as a result people are just passing the time. The product is years behind given it's extreme lack of functionality compared to it's peers. Having to constantly delay implementations for months at a time is very stressful.

Pros

Aplicor is a unqiue provider of a full business management suite of applications available in the cloud and this is a differentiator for them. The user interface is strong and intuitive. There are alot of opportunities for growth and leadership at the company as it grabs mindshare and marketshare.

Cons

Decisions made by management are not always communicated down to employees and this causes confusion. Turnover in sales and marketing positions has delayed some of the growth for the company.
