lack of direction and proper leadership. this company's leadership will grasp onto a new idea, focus or direction and run with it.... for 4-6 months. Within that time frame the focus gets lost and the leadership thoughts will drift in a different direction. There is a lot of talking and blaming the past rather than planning and driving towards the future. While the leadership team has large corporate experience, their experience running a small company that needs "all hands on deck" is lacking. Their ability to choose a direction and drive towards it can be easily swayed by simple suggestions.

Poor, indecisive leadership. Nothing was ever accomplished. You work hard and stand still for months on end while different departments each work toward their own goal. Those goals do not seem to be the same for each department. They need to better define job titles and descriptions. My title had nothing to do with the actual work I performed and was very misleading to me.
