Pros

Core values, leadership, personal growth opportunities, diverse markets served, safety culture and the fast pace environment.

Cons

Not necessarily a real "Con", but the Company is getting big in size and is now in multiple cities, markets and locations. This makes it hard to keep a small company environment, but overall the Company does a good job at retaining the culture and feel.

They have Favorites if you're not in there click. you get sent to the shop and fired within the week I lefted I don't have time for bs you are not doing the union a favor but separating the union. Together we stand divided we fall.
