Pros

Great people you work with, team environment, I have a lot of contact with actually people in management which is wonderful. Benefits are decent, Christmas party was a blast!

Cons

So working for a sub you have some little down falls such as no direction sometimes, you need alittle more training in some areas, vendors can be a pain in the butt.

There are great people that manage and work there, just in general.

I can't think of anything in particular that was a con. Maybe the fact that I couldn't work there any longer than I did.
