Great Culture at the expense of pay

Pros

Great people to work with in the Renton office A large base of knowledge and diverse experience to grow from Great base pay right out of school

Cons

Raises don't come or are bare minimum Cost of Living Adjustments Management will do anything to save a buck The main office is unaware of how the rest of their branches operate other than they know they are making money

Very trigger happy with termination and company is very clickish

Pros

People there are friendly and pretty cool as long as you are in their click group.

Cons

The company is very trigger happy with lay offs and firing. The company also has their clicks and if you fail to be in the click it will make your job horrendous as you will get more negativity/punishment than the others, receive worse work than others and possibly be put out the door faster than others.
