Pros

⭐ Pros of Working at Apollo.io Hyper-collaborative team – Everyone from Product to RevOps is smart, supportive, and solutions-focused. Leadership opportunities – High performers are often given stretch projects, cross-functional visibility, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles. Fast-paced and innovative – Apollo is scaling fast, with a strong culture of experimentation and constant iteration. Product-market fit – The product sells itself in many ways, and customer feedback is regularly incorporated into the roadmap. Ownership culture – You’ll be trusted to drive initiatives and make key decisions early in your role. Remote flexibility – Most teams operate remotely with strong async collaboration practices in place.

Cons

Internal processes still maturing – Rapid growth sometimes comes at the cost of documentation, clarity in roles, or scalable systems. Leadership transitions – Org changes and leadership turnover can cause strategic shifts and re-alignment efforts that take time to stabilize.

Pros

- Prospects for the business are extremely bright, one of the fastest growing Series D businesses at massive scale - Strong proven leadership team added in the past 6 months - High ownership oriented culture with lots of opportunity to drive impact - High velocity across decision making, shipping product, re-prioritizing to progress goals if things aren't working - Really smart, kind, hardworking team - Not a lot of politics, culture is oriented on driving business outcomes

Cons

- Work/life balance can be challenging, similar to any high growth startup - Fast pace + remote culture can be tough to feel like you're following all the changes. Company is still maturing on communication - New teams and leaders joining means this is not a place if you are looking for maximum stability
