      Probably not enough callibration with updates, but the team is doing its best to keep everyone updated.

      - not micromanaged, freedom to work on what I want - flexible work hours, flexible time off - good pay - friendly team mates

      Cons

      - a bit of product indecision, we've recently had a decent amount of churn in the product space due to our CPO leaving
