      Great peers, bad work life balance

      Pros

      - Awesome peers with great qualities to learn from - Good Pay - Interesting challenges to solve

      Cons

      - Every other week, something new becomes a P0 tossing out all the work done till then. - No clear path ahead for the product and just trying to keep with the competition - Work life balance is quite bad and any feedback to improve it is tossed out - The requirement of staying online from 8-11pm for syncing up with other timezones does not make sense if the company is remote first and trying to promote async comms culture

      Pros

      A company with a true and ethical vision to democratise sales tech. Transparency can be seen at it's core and people act by their words. Great remote setup with policies to ensure it's really remote and people are not working too far away from their time zone. Good learning curve and some awesome and very well knowledgable people to work with. Good compensation to add up with other good things.

      Cons

      Not much, but can improve on certain aspects of work life balance

      - not micromanaged, freedom to work on what I want - flexible work hours, flexible time off - good pay - friendly team mates

      Cons

      - a bit of product indecision, we've recently had a decent amount of churn in the product space due to our CPO leaving
