They have increased compensation to be more competitive for 2022. Inbound lead flow is substantially better than the average established software vertical.

Cons

Lot's of talk around work-life balance, but it doesn't really play out. We're supposed to let management know if we have ANY time off at least a month ahead of time, and when it's taken, there is obvious frustration and negative pressure from above. Round robin system for lead and account assignment was done away with in favor of a territory model that is half baked. Insane difference in success and inbound lead flow from one territory to another. Very high attrition company wide because they can't, or won't, pay people enough. Support, solutions engineers, account execs, you name it.

• Will get fired immediately the second you underperform • Do you complain about how high the rent is? Good thing you get to appease the parasitical landlords at this job. • The training is a complete nightmare, and while they tell you reach out for help it takes half a day for anybody to respond. • They will lie to you about the details of the job. • Very cult like atmosphere, if you don't drink the Kool-Aid of the company you definitely will not survive. Independent free thought is not welcome. • Extremely underpaid for a customer care role to be berated by management and clients.

typical corporate office kickbacks like free food/coffee, etc.

Cons

very poor compensation for skilled technical work with a bachelors degree. was paid less than $20/hour while full time and living in an extremely high COL area. few opportunities for advancement (probably because that would require a pay bump and they were getting 3x the work out of one person). favoritism for certain departments that results in uneven distribution of funding and workload.
