Great vibes, guests are usually awesome, super fun summer job and great way to be out in the mountains for 3 months.

Can get overwhelming... the shower isn't always the warmest. Also cliving (iykyk)

kind colleagues and access to huts, good place to have a fun seasonal job

Cons

tough management, lots of gaslighting from executive team, little to no support in growing. current leadership does not equate to people having careers at AMC, just high turnover.
