I learned a lot and developed solid professional skills

Cons

salary was definitely not high enough for the responsibilities I was told to take on. As an employee outside of athletics, advancement, or the chancellor's office, you definitely don't feel valued or considered. It is very obvious that administrative staff are not a priority. Little room for upward advancement.
